Zinkvit started as a web store in 2007 and is today one of Sweden’s most well-stocked stores for art supplies. We stock more than 10,000 items for quick delivery to our customers. But we are not just online, in 2010 we opened our warehouse shop. It is located in a scenic spot near the shore of Ekoln on the outskirts of Uppsala. Here you as a customer can shop directly from our extensive range and get a personal service out of the ordinary.

All items at Zinkvit are brand-new—straight from the manufacturers. Warranties apply in accordance with our manufacturers’ or distributors’ standard warranties. If you encounter any problems please contact us.
Ordering ![]()
It must be easy to shop online. We have many years of experience with e-commerce and of course we want our customers to easily find what they are looking for. Once you find what you want, place it in the basket with one click, and then proceed to the checkout in order to safely carry out the payment and thus begin your delivery.
At the checkout point, the total cost for the goods and the shipping is clearly displayed. You always have the option of cancelling the purchase before you make the payment. ![]()
Our ambition is that all the items displayed in our shop will be in stock. It is clearly shown whether the item is in stock or not; if it is not you will see when it is due to arrive.
A few items are not kept in stock but are available on demand. This means that we will order the item on your behalf from our supplier or designated distributor. Note, however, that for these extraneous orders you do not have any right of return and may not receive any refund. Payment ![]()
Payment may be done by Credit Card or PayPal. For some countries a Direct Bank Payment is also available. In Sweden we also accept Swish as a payment method.
We use Secure payments by NETS. You are able to pay directly with the cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. For some countries NETS also enables additional local payment methods such as: a direct bank transfer or additional cards. Accepted payment methods will be listed at the checkout point when you choose your country. Delivery ![]()
We ship most of the parcels with the Swedish Post (Postnord). In special cases we use UPS or DB Schenker.

Within Sweden delivery usually takes 2-3 weekdays.
To other countries within EU the shipping time is around 1 week. We cannot guarantee any exceptions for specific regions. ![]()
The final delivery cost is shown at the checkout point before you confirm the order. The freight fee is based on the weight and the value of the goods.
Returns and Refunds ![]()
If you want to return an item you ordered from us, you have full right of return - for whatever reason - within 14 days from the date you received the item. The item you return must be in ’as-new’ condition and safely packaged. The cost of return will be at your expense. We recommend First class priority registered.
Contact us before you return the item. Provide us order number and reason for return. Refund will be done when we received the item and approved it´s condition. This right of cancellation does not apply to products that you have requested from "not in stock assortment". ![]()
When we receive the return we will send you an e-mail confirmation of this receipt. Returns normally arrive within 1-3 weeks. If you do not receive an e-mail from us after this time then please contact us.

Once we have received the goods we send you a confirmation that we have accepted (or not accepted) the goods in the condition we expect them to be in. If accepted, then we refund your money to your card.
International rules (Outside the EU) ![]()
EU customers pay VAT (25%). The VAT is clearly shown in the price at the checkout.
Customers from outside of the EU do not pay any VAT. We exclude the VAT from the total cost, which is clearly shown at the checkout point. ![]()
In accordance with international rules, all international deliveries (to countries outside of the EU) have a customs declaration glued on the package. Being the customer you are responsible to follow the rules that apply in your country and if necessary pay any fees according to the laws in your country. You need to check what’s applicable in your country.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation which regulates the processing of personal data came into effect in May 2018. The GDPR is a new EU regulation that ensures the protection of the rights and freedom of natural persons in relation to the processing of their personal data.
It is important to us that you feel safe with how we handle your personal data. As our customer you are agreeing to our saving your order in a digital format, which includes your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone. We only use your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you. We will also use your data for newsletters. You can easily end the subscription via a link that can be found in each newsletter.
